Our own bits are handmade by craftsmen in England from the finest stainless steel. These bits tend to be finer than other bits available and ideal for discerning show people.

This is the original Wilkie, designed by Peter for the purpose of training Novices to give them an idea of coming into an outline. The bit works off poll pressure first and then the mouthpiece comes into play, so you can actually ride a horse by leg aid and from the poll alone and hardly any contact in the mouth. Runs through a sleave to eliminate any nipping. These bits are made from castings and side tubes may vary in size.
